We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Senior Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and leading a team of digital marketing managers focused on executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Your goal will be to drive membership growth and enhance the online presence of our gym owner clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital advertising, adept at navigating the fast-paced world of digital advertising and search engine marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of digital marketing managers, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the business goals of our gym owner clients.

• Oversee the management of paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring they meet targeted performance metrics.

• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, adjust strategies, and optimize spend for maximum ROI and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance campaign execution and performance across all digital platforms.

• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and developments, incorporating new ideas and technologies into campaigns to keep our clients competitive.

• Proactively seek out opportunities to expand our services and enhance client satisfaction through innovative digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven success in leading digital marketing teams, with a focus on paid advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting and managing a team of expert paid media managers, with a strong track record of developing talent and driving team performance.

• Proven expertise in a client-facing role, ideally within a digital marketing agency or a similar fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effective dialogue via phone, video conference, and in-person meetings.

• Experience with business-to-business (B2B) relationships, understanding the nuances and demands of corporate partnerships.

• Strong interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building rapport and fostering trust with clients and team members at various levels.

• Highly adept in negotiation, with a client-centric approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

• Routine-driven with a systematic approach to achieving objectives.

• While not mandatory, knowledge of the fitness industry and prior experience with fitness-related marketing is highly advantageous.
